perfect base for exploring parks and botanical gardens

During my recent weekend getaway, I found it super easy to visit the beautiful Lewis Vaughn Botanical Gardens, which is only about 5 km away, and the surrounding parks provided some lovely spots for walking. the staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Avoid if you need comfort

Had a rough stay. The elevator was out, so we had to climb 4 flights with kids and my pregnant sister. The room was super dirty and had roaches, felt like a shelter. We checked out after one night. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Food options looked decent, though.

The front desk staff was amazing and they quickly helped me find extra pillows when I needed them. I loved the cozy lounge area and the relaxing outdoor patio where I spent my mornings. On the downside, I had a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my stay overall. 😊

I spent two nights in a Queen Room with Tub Disability Access/Non-Smoking. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful with requests. The location is convenient for nearby dining options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! 👍

The nearby eats are totally lit! Loved discovering some bomb local diners that had the most mouthwatering grits. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the location was just dope for exploring.

But lemme tell ya, I was up a creek without a paddle! No room service the entire time, no toilet paper, and I had to deal with cold food since the microwave was outta commission. Talk about a rough stay!

I had an amazing stay for 3 nights! The room was perfect, and the service was exceptional—especially the assistant GM, Jasmin, who went above and beyond to meet our needs. I can't wait for my next visit!
